Reading (bibliotherapy) and connecting with people who also have hyper ears (tinnitus and/or hyperacusis). Hyper ears are from hyperactive hearing systems. Hyper ears hear too much sound. Benign. Coping tools, aids and therapy options are similar for both. So H info is usually included at T resources too.
